Material Notes:
Description: This high purity alumina quality has a very low porosity and is fired at a temperature of more than 1700°C. The low percentages of SiO2 and Fe2O3 and the improved density make the quality very resistant to reducing atmospheres and to slag attack. Finds wide application in chemical reactors such as Shell gasification reactors.Remarks: This data represents average values, obtained from samples that were cut from standard bricks.Information provided by Gouda Vuurvast.
