Material Notes:

Makrofol DE 1-4 is a translucent extrusion film based on Makrolon, the High Tech Polycarbonate made by Bayer MaterialScience. It comprises all of the well known advantages of Polycarbonate such as excellent mechanical and optical properties. The surface combination of Makrofol DE 1-4 is one side gloss - one side very fine matt. It is available in various standard thicknesses between 100 and 500µm, other thicknesses on requestAs of 1 September 2015, Bayer MaterialScience was separated from Bayer AG and officially adopted its new name – Covestro.
