Fields of application: Injection moulded, or moulded articles (> 1,5 mm thickness) produced via Direct LFT processesExamples: Moulding parts such a under body panels, door modules, industrial parts, appliances, etc. Mode of action and advantages: ADD-VANCE FR 495 provides excellent flame retardancy to thick PP products. The flame retardant is active in the solid phase of the polymeric system. It forms a stable char, which inhibits the fire propagation.
