Scotch® Cold Temperature Reinforced Strapping Tape 8654 is a high performance, transparent packaging tape. This tape is reinforced along its length with continuous poly propylene monofilaments, which give the tape high tensile strength and cross tear resistance. The polypropylene backing provides excellent abrasion, moisture and scuff resistance. The adhesive is specially formulated to seal man corrugated fiberboard cartons when applied at cold temperatures (35-30°F [2-13°C])Information provided by 3M
