3M™ Adhesion Promoter N-200J is a liquid primer used to promote adhesion of 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tapes to automotive substrates. 3M adhesion promoter N-200J is used primarily for PVC but may also be used on urethane, ABS, nylon, SAB and polycarbonate substrates.
