Material Notes:
Westlake ELEVATE™ EF529 is an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer with 18.5% VA. It contains no slip or antiblock and is designed for blown and cast films requiring excellent optics and low heat seal initiation. High melt strength makes EF529AA an excellent choice for profile extrusions, molding, and foaming applications requiring medium VA content.Application/UsesFlexible packaging filmsPeelable seals, adhesive layersInjection and blow moldingHot melt adhesives and blendsProfile extrusions, tubing, wire & cableThis resin grade complies with 21 CFR, section 177.1350.
