Description: Mineral oil based defoamers for flat to gloss paints, great process foam know down.Identification: OIL BASE DEFOAMERAvailable in: North AmericaApplications: RHODOLINE© 640 is a hydrophobic silica-type defoamer, used in the manufacture of water-based coatings, latex, adhesives, and wall coverings. In a typical application, 0.1 – 0.5% RHODOLINE© 640 provides excellent foam control. RHODOLINE© 640 is not water-dispersible and should be used as received.Information provided by Rhodia, Rhodia has been acquired by Solvay.
