Conformable with: Q/DYS 006-2007PFOA is a strong organic acid, which has low surface tension and high surface activity, being used as surfactant, dispersant and additive. PFOA and its derivatives are important intermediates for fluoride hydrophobic and hydrophilic agent, and leather finishing agent.Main Applications:The ammonium or sodium salt of PFOA is excellent anion surfactant and indispensable for preparation of fluoride resin (PTFE/PVDF/FEP/ETFE) and FKM. PFOA is also effective metal detergent and intermediates of finishing agent for hydrophobic and hydrophilic leather, paper, and fiber.
