Material Notes:
Vero PolyJet Resin (VeroBlue™ FC840 & VeroBlack™ FC870) is a photopolymer resin designed for precise jetting in super fine layers by PolyJet™ Technology, often used in rapid prototyping. Our Vero PolyJet Resin materials offer great surface finish with improved mechanical properties as compared to our Clear PolyJet Resin (FC720). These parts are built at a layer thickness of 16 microns (0.0006 inch or 0.01524mm) and can produce parts with fine feature detail.ApplicationsVero PolyJet Resins work well for prototypes that require smooth surface finish and high feature detail. These resins offer improvements as compared to our Clear PolyJet Resin such as improved mechanical properties, enhanced visualization of details and edges, improved humidity resistance and better flexural strength. Parts from this material can be chrome plated or used as a master for silicone molds. Typical industries included toys, foot wear, architecture and any industry where feature detail and surface finish our required.
