Kaptrex polyimide film provides an excellent balance of electrical, mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties over a wide range of temperatures. Kaptrex film provides excellent electrical properties and resistance to high temperature and radiation. It is suitable for insulation of “H” class (180°C or 356°F) electrical machines and appliances under working temperature of 200°C(392°F).Availability: Thickness from .001” up to .005” Widths: Standard Rolls for 24.5” wide.Applications: Wire Wrap Insulation & Tapes, Flexible Printed Circuits, Motor Slot Liners, Pressure Sensitive Tapes, Aerospace Shims, Formed Coil Insulation.
