Material Notes:

Peroxide cured, Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer (EPT), 66-75 °IRHD. Terpolymer of ethylene, propylene and diene monomers. Specially formulated for sealing sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) gas in electrical distribution equipment.Applications: For sealing SF6 gas in electrical distribution equipment, i.e. medium & high voltage switchgear. Also offers excellent resistance to silicone based oils and greases.
