Material Notes:
Pearlbondâ„¢ ECO D900 is a linear, aromatic polyurethane based on specialty polyol from renewable sources. It contains 67% of renewable material as certified according to ASTM-D6866. It is supplied in form of small white or lightly yellowish granules, which combines a very extremely high crystallization rate with a very high thermoplasticity level. It is used for Hot Melt adhesives.Application: Pearlbondâ„¢ ECO D900 is mainly used for textile coating for making shoe-stiffeners (toe puffs & counters), by extrusion or sintering process.
