Description: Aegis HCA95MP is a low viscosity nylon 6/6,6 copolymer extrusion grade. It conforms to Food and Drug Administration requirements of 21 CFR177.1500. Aegis HCA73ZP possesses the combination of strength and toughness associated with nylon 6/6,6 as well as excellent heat, chemical, and abrasion resistance. The reduced melt point (385 degF/196 degC) of this resin results in lower process melt temperature, lower head pressure, and lower amperage. This translates to higher extrusion rates and thinner nylon layer capabilities.
