Fibrelam® 5000 panels are lightweight, high performance structural sandwich panels that consist of cross-plied unidirectional fiberglass skins bonded to Aluminum honeycomb core. These panels exhibit superior mechanical and physical properties, are easy to install, and can be easily cut and machined on equipment normally found in airline maintenance shops. Fibrelam® 5000 panels are approved and qualified for use as flooring on Boeing aircraft.Information provided by Hexcel
