It is a blue, viscous, alkaline, water-based, concentrated compound formulated to effectively cling to painted and unpainted aircraft exterior and interior surfaces. Ideally suited for use on all jets, especially in baggage bins, flap and wheel well areas, and on engines before overhaul.
