Product description: Grivory XE 16101 natural is based on a combination of a heat stabilized semi-crystalline Polyamide with a partially aromatic Polyamide and 50% long special glass fibers. Grivory XE 16101 natural is characterized by the following key-properties: high stiffness and increased strength even after conditioning and over a wide temperature rangefurther enhanced notched impact resistance also at low temperatures compared to GVL-5Hlow creephigh heat distortion temperatureslow moisture absorptionvery good dimensional stability and little warpage The product has been designed for injection molding of technical parts especially in the area of die-cast metal replacement. Grivory XE 16101 natural is used in the following market segments: automotive The glass-fibers are aligned in parallel and are just as long as the pellets (usually 10 mm).Information provided by EMS Grivory
