Dow Corning® TM-4010 Emulsion is specifically designed as a topical treatment for tissue softening in order to provide soft handle while maintaining the typical tissue water absorbency characteristics. Specific applications would include facial, handkerchief and bath tissue, produced from virgin as well as recycled fibers. Dow Corning® TM-4010 Emulsion is intentionally formulated with nonreactive components to minimize problems in application equipment, e.g. gel formation, stickies, plugging of spray nozzles or engraved rolls.Information provided by Dow Corning
