It can be used in skin care, color cosmetics, sun care, body wash, facial mask, shampoos, leave-in and rinse-off conditioner applications.It is a 63% nonionic emulsioncontaining silicone elastomer particle dispersed in Dimethicone.Information provided by Dow Corning
