Dow Corning 2-1463 Emulsion is a non-ionic emulsion of a gum / cyclic polydimethylsiloxane blend suitable to provide a "Fabric Care" benefit for rinse cycle fabric softeners. The use of this product provides water absorbency, and anti-wrinkle proprties when compared to conventional rinse cycle fabric softener compositions.Information provided by Dow Corning
