Chevron Rykon Premium Grease No. 1426 contains polyurea thickener, highly refined paraffinic base oil, rust and oxidation inhibiting additives, as well as heatstable extreme pressure additives.ApplicationsChevron Rykon Premium Grease No. 1426 is designed to lubricate the constant velocity (CV) joints of front wheel drive cars.It performs under the loads and vibrating motions experienced in the CV joints while being compatible with the various elastomers used as boots for CV joints.This grease can also be used for other applications requiring a high temperature, extreme pressure grease.Chevron Rykon Premium Grease No. 1426 meets the requirements of GM Part No. 7843867
