CEN® Electronic Material CTS Polyimide Resin

CEN® CTS polyimide resin is a high tensile strength, thermal stable, and viscose resin solution based on aromatic polyimide. The product offers high modulus value and high dimensional stability with lower coefficient thermal expansion (CTE) after cured.
