3M 2205 Thin Flexographic Plate Mounting Tape

3M™ Thin Flexographic Mounting Tape 2205 is a double coated film tape constructed of a polyester film carrier with differential adhesives specifically designed for the corrugated printing business to hold flexographic print plates to PVC saddles/carriers. Both adhesives are designed to provide high holding power and to cleanly remove from both the plate and the carrier. This product uses the 3M proprietary Easy Mount liner, which creates micro-channels in the linered side adhesive surface. The crosshatched pattern creates a continuous and permanent network of micro-channels in the adhesive, allowing air to escape from between the tape and the carrier.Information provided by 3M
